Q) What do I need to bring as a new patient?

A) Please bring your insurance information, a copy of your driver’s license, and all medications you are currently taking.

Q) What are your office hours?

A) We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We have a physician on call during the evening and night for urgent questions needing immediate attention.

Q) Where are you located?

A) Our main office is located at 50 N 12th Street, Lemoyne, PA 17043. We also have a Carlisle area office located at 220 Wilson Street, Suite 104, Carlisle, PA 17013. For more information, please see our Contact Us tab or call us on 717-234-2561.

Q) Do I need a referral to see a doctor at Pulmonary Associates?

A) No, but some of our physicians prefer that you establish a relationship with a primary care physician to ensure well-rounded medical care. Our physicians specialize in critical care and pulmonary medicine, while primary care physicians encompass a more generalized knowledge of the body. Often your insurance may require a referral from a primary care physician. Please contact your insurance to find out whether you need a referral or not.

Q) Which physicians see patients for sleep medicine?

A) Dr. Limann and Dr. Evans are our board certified sleep medicine physicians. Additionally, our nurse practitioners and physician assistants have expertise in treating patients with sleep disorders.

Q) Do I have to pay a co-pay at the time of the visit?

A) Yes, most insurance companies require us to collect your co-pay at the time of the appointment.
