At Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine Associates, we believe that transparency is vital. So, we often ask our patients to provide us feedback; usually using patient satisfaction surveys.
PCCMA measures many aspects of our patients’ experience. To ensure that we are holding ourselves to the highest standards, we partner with an independent patient satisfaction company. Patients treated by PCCMA providers are randomly invited to complete these surveys. Surveys are offered by emails and gives our patients an opportunity to provide feedback so that we can continue to improve our services.
